If you bought as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 10 calendar days of receiving the product or contracting the service, without signing up or any other steps (Law 24,240, s. 34; Civil and Commercial Code, s. 1110).

You get your tracking code right away, and by email.
If it is a purchase from a business, we forward it: the business is the seller and must resolve it.
The law excludes, among others, perishable products or products that deteriorate quickly (such as prepared food), items made to your specifications (s. 1116) and what you already used or consumed (Provision 954/2025, s. 3). That doesn't remove your rights if the product arrived in bad condition or what was offered wasn't delivered.

La AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, en su carácter de Órgano de Control de la Ley N° 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que interpongan quienes resulten afectados en sus derechos por incumplimiento de las normas vigentes en materia de protección de datos personales.
